LO is 3 weeks old- what kind of schedule/routine was your LO on at this point?

If you can even use the terms schedule/routine at this point... I'm not trying to implement anything, just trying to see what others have experienced.  LO was all sleep and eat the first two weeks.  She had me fooled   I had to wake her up from sleeping every 3 hours to feed (bottle fed at that time due to feeding issues), so we really were on a schedule at that point. Now between working at breastfeeding, her not sleeping as much, etc- I feel like I don't know which way is up and no two days are similar.

What kind of routine did your LOs follow around this age, if any at all?
