my baby has a white(ish) tounge

I mostly bottle feed breastmilk my daughter she is 7 weeks and her toungue looks kind of whiteish i looked at some pict online for that thrush and it does not look anything like that and my nipples look good no sharp pains some tenderness sometimes because i try to breasfeed her at least once a day. could it be that trush?? she has a doctor appt on monday what to you guys think? i just sometimes worry too much i over think stuff and panic... do your babies have that color i also think it could be just the milk and do you girls clean your babies tounge if so how??? thanks
