Transition from RNP to crib......Please help?!

So, my DD is almost 4 months. She has reflux and sleeps 7-9 hours a night in the RNP. She is now outgrowing her RNP and we would like to transition her to her crib. The past two nights we tried the crib but she wakes up after 20min screaming mad. She has always been good at putting herself to sleep but bot in the crib. Any advice?
