What did you do for LO's fussiness/crying after 2 month shots, if anything?

DS had his shots this afternoon and has been crying (wailing, actually) on and off since, in between sleeping on DH's chest and mine.   He seems to be pretty uncomfortable but I"m hesitant to give him the baby Tylenol since I've read that it can mask a fever and you'll want to know if he has one. 

Other than cuddling him and toughing it out through the night I'm not really sure what else to do for him and the pedi's office didn't offer any suggestions and for some reason we didn't ask!
