First time flying with 8 wk old ... Help!

At the end of this month I will be flying with DD alone.  She'll be 8 weeks and is EBF.  Can any of you ladies give me any tips/tricks to making this less stressful then it seems?  Should I take the car seat and stroller?  Should I try and 'wear' her?  If DH wasnt gone for work for the year I wouldnt be visiting home, but its better then driving the 36 hours. Thank you!
