Is my LO teething?

Ive heard it can be possible this young but I dunno.

The last couple days our LO has been super fussy, drooling a little, sucking alot on his hands, mild fever, sleeping alittle more, eating alittle more, I cant feel any teeth but Im really wondering from what I have read if he is? Any of you moms have LO's that have started teething early?
