2 Month Milestones

So my LO just had her 2 month appointment-- granted she is just shy of 7 weeks, we went a little early because we are traveling over new years and we wanted her to have her vaccines-- but just curious about other babies and where they are as far as milestones??  LO will smirk at me, kinda laugh but doesn't full on smile yet she also will hold her head up a little at a time but absolutely HATES tummy time and screams when I put her down unless it is on my chest.  Pedi told me today that she really needs to work on the head thing and putting her on my chest doesn't count... So now I feel like this horrible mom that I haven't been helping my baby and I feel like she is behind and its my fault    anyone have some suggestions about making tummy time fun..??
