can we discuss sleep training?

I know that most "experts" say there is no training before 4 months.

so what are you all doing now? please make sure to say the age of your child.  I know kids like routines, so I want to do what is best for my child, but I also dont want to force anything on her. 

I would also love to change her bedtime to earlier than 1am, but I hope she will just grow out of that.  Luckily after that she sleeps until 930am with one wakening for 15 minute feed.
