Safe to use Boppy Noggin Nest in RNP?

On the packaging it says do not use in crib, bed, bassinet, etc only to use in reclined items such as swing or bouncy seat, but the RNP is reclined anyway we put it in there this morning after LO was awake it sure looks like it would really come close to her face is it safe?

Also once LO starts rolling over can she still sleep in RNP?
