If you BF and pump...

When did you start pumping? LO has to go into daycare at 12 weeks and DH is eager to help with feedings. We plan to introduce the bottle at about 4 weeks depending on how well BFing is going (so far, so good!). I'm curious as to when I should start pumping? Also, should I pump both breasts after a feed? Or feed off one and pump the other? TIA for your advice and experience
