Who is EBF and has had AF visit already?

When did AF arrive?  Also, has anyone started the mini pill in this situation?  

I'm 9 1/2 weeks PP haven't had my period yet.  Although I have the ok from the OB to start taking the mini pill I was thinking of waiting another month or so, just to be more comfortable with it and to see if AF arrives.  I know it can be months before you may get AF, or you may never get it at all while BFing so just wondering what the experiences out there have been.  TIA!
