Tips on how to give baby meds?

This is embarrassing since I actually am an RN but have tried all my little tricks and cannot get LO to take her full dose of meds for reflux. I've tried shooting it everywhere in her mouth and she spits it right out or she chokes on it. It's heartbreaking.

She is EBF and refuses the bottle/fake nipple/pacifier med dispenser things.

 

So frustrated!!! Thoughts for stubborn LO?

My next step is asking the pharmacist if they can increase the concentration in a smaller volume, but not 100% sure that is possible.
