Is this a growth spurt?

The last couple nights between about 5pm-10pm our LO has been eating 10-12 oz s in about 4-5 hrs where he would normally only eat about 6-8 he has been super fussy during this time and acting extremely tired but fights sleep to no end! When we do get him to sleep he is sleeping longer 4-5 hrs vs the 3 if we were lucky! He is pretty content during the hours of 9 am and 5pm and will normally take about a 2 hr nap give or take sometime in between there. Is this a growth spurt and are these things normal and if so anything else I can expect?
