Getting so sick I dont know whats wrong

I'm just miserable my morning sickness had gone away but today I've felt sick all day I just threw up so hard I peed my pants my head hurts my body aches I'm freezing. I dont know whats going on. I got a flu shot and I'm stay at home wife so its not like I get a lot of exposure to colds and bugs. Is this part of the pregnancy or do I have some kinda bug on top of being pregnant. Is there anything anyone could suggest to feel a bit better?
