OB/MFM Advice

Hi Ladies! I am very new to this board and need some advice. I just found out a few weeks ago that I am pregnant and I am not quite sure what to do as far as seeing an OB. My fertility clinic is sending me to the MFM group at AMC and I want to make sure that I find an OB who A.)delivers at AMC and . doesn't mind working in conjunction with the MFM group. I called Dr. Burstyn's office and they can't guarantee that she will deliver me at AMC until I talk to her. I tried explaining that I really don't have a choice in the matter, but they seemed confused by that. I would go to the OB group right at AMC but I live in Saratoga so I would hate to drive down there (if I don't have to) constantly to see both an OB and the MFM group. Any recommendations for docs in the Latham/Clifton Park area that delivers at AMC and would be willing to work with someone high risk?
