XP: Clogged Tear Duct

LO has one clogged tear duct. It breaks my heart! Doesn't seem to bother him, and I know its normal, but every time I have to peel his crusty eye open I feel so bad! Been using the warm compress, and massaging the duct, but does anyone know how long before it gets better...?
