What does your LO wear at night?

We have a 1-month old who has been sleeping in footed jumpers with the long sleeves/mittens (by Carter's) for the last month.  We live in Orange County, CA where the lowest temps can reach high 30s but typically in the low 40s.  We run the heater all night to keep the temp in the house around 72/73.  He needs to be swaddled at night and we've found that lately he wakes up slightly damp.  We switched to a short sleeved onesie + swaddle at night but then find his feet and hands get cold. 

 So, just wondering what does your LO where at night?  What works for you to keep him/her warm & comfortable without overheating or getting to cold?  Thanks.
