Health Insurance Through Your Husband's Work

I am able to get health insurance through my husband's work, but it costs me $360/month (it's taken out of his paycheck). We have Aetna. This amount has seemed really high to me...but it is what it is and it's a PPO. The HMO surprisingly is only $40/mo less. 

I just looked and when adding on a family member (aka baby) it's going to go up to $515/mo.

I just think this is ridiculous? But at the same time I don't really know? ...What are you guys paying per month?

I know answers will be all over the place - I'm just curious if anyone is even close to what ours will be.
