Not sure if you will see this, but I saw your post below about your baby not falling asleep on her own when you put her down drowsy but awake.  I struggled with this with DS#1.  He just would not fall asleep on his own until like 5 months old! 

 My question to you would be how long after she wakes up from her last nap do you try putting her down?  I would say try laying her down within 45 minutes of the last time she woke up.  Swaddle her, give her the paci or whatever and see what happens.  Its easier said than done, but if you wait to too long to start soothing your baby for the next nap its possible you might miss the window in which its easier for the baby to fall asleep on their own peacefully...
