DH job offer...

So DH and I both hate our jobs (retail) and our schedules are not very baby friendly (random shifts that can go from 10 am to 9 pm). He had an interview today for a job that pays quite a bit more but the schedule may be even worse. Does anyone have a DH that works 12 hour rotating shifts? How does this work for you and baby/being pregnant?

His schedule would be:

Wk 1: 3 days 7am-7pm

Wk 2: 4 days 7pm-7am

Wk 3: 4 days 7am-7pm

Wk 4: 3 days 7pm-7am

The place said usually when people quit it's because of the schedule. I don't think it would be terrible, besides the nights when I'm home sleeping alone . TIA!
