Pumping?

My LO is  a week old today.  We got a pump so DH can do a few feedings and hopefully help me get a bit more sleep so we can start to adjust before we go back to work.  

I tried it out today and after about 5-7 min of pumping I only had a half ounce.  I know LO gets enough when she eats but she eats every hour and a half.  So, I'm wondering if there is a way to get more milk to pump or to get a better supply.  

Any tricks or suggestions?  Or does it just take a while to get going?  I would like to EBF but if I cant get a handle on this pumping soon i'll have to supplement when I go back to work.
