Getting baby to fall asleep.....

Hello I'm a new mom to a little boy. He is 9 weeks old and i cant get him to go to sleep at night anymore. From day one he has had the same routine, bath at 7, bottle, swaddled, then put down by 8. He used to fall asleep on his own with in 10 mins or so. Now he screams when i put him down. He is in a bassinet in my room and i go in and try to soothe him. It takes several attempts to get him to calm down. He finally falls asleep around 11 or 11:30. He has reflux pretty bad and takes prevacid. He's fine during the day so i was thinking that maybe he just hates that time of night now. Does anyone have any ideas? Is this just a phase that he's going thru? 

* his bassinet is inclined so he isn't laying flat.
