XP: Finally making progress with the RNP!

I posted a while back about possibly ordering the FP Rock N' Play. Well she ordered it and gave it to us before Christmas to see if it would work. The first night, LO didn't sleep in it and he ended up in the bed with us. The next few nights were rough and I thought it wouldn't work. Well after being persistent, he finally started sleeping in it! Now we get 4 hour stretches at night. (As long as it's not a night he's sick!) Some people posted about the safety of the padding. Well once it arrived, I examined it and the padding isn't as thick as it looks in the picture. Its almost flat but provides a little bit of padding and softness for LO to sleep on. It's a little more than the original RNP but if your little one likes to snuggle than this is the one for you! I just place a blanket from his waist down and he sleeps in it!

I do wish it had vibration on it....maybe that's to come in the future!
