14wks, no weight gain, no baby bump?!?

So as the title says, I am 14 wks, I went to the doctor on Friday no weight gain (Actually lost a lb), Mid wife said it is fine, I have friends and family on facebook (near and far) hounding me for a baby bump picture, I have nothing to show! They don't believe me. I know the mid wife said its ok I haven't gained, but I wasn't overweight to begin with, I'm 5'6" 145lbs I'm average and where oh where is my baby bump? We find out the sex in a lil under a month! I feel like time is slipping by and I still don't "look" pregnant. I am definately eating like i'm pregnant! (Hello, bowl of soup and full sandwich on top of an apple and fruit snacks for lunch!)

anyone out there in Bump land have any advice, thoughts anything for me?
