7 week old eating habits

how much should a 7 week old eat? usually my boy drinks 4 ounces during the day every 2-3 hours. and some days it's more like 6 ounces at every feeding, like he is not satisfied, cries for more food! anyone else experiencing this?? and what do u do? thanks
