concerning?

so i had a vaginal birth 11 days ago. the bleeding was slowed down significantly then the last two days it has gotten much redder, and painful down there. my delivery was pretty easy too so not much pain afterwards, other than crappy hemmoroids.  any ideas? i didnt have this with my first.
