Bottle nipple size for least effect on BF

We're still a couple weeks away, but starting to think about pumping and offering bottles to LO. I've been told to get a nipple that is harder for LO to get the milk so as to not mess with BF. Which nipple size do you use? We'll be using Dr. Brown's bottles if that makes a difference.
