How long does 3 week growth spurt last! Getting SO sore :(

i am just wondering how long these spurts usually last, i feel like this will never end. it's well over a week now. i am almost starting to feel defeated, everytime i get a sec to eat or do something, she's hungry again. i'm just wondering if someone could shine some light on the situation. is the end near? for this spurt anyways, my nipples need a bit of a break they are so sore!
