Safety concerns in an old house?

We are looking at this old farm house to rent that we are in love with, there for sure isnt mold like our old house it had brand new windows which keeps the moisture out!

But what other concerns are there? I realize lead paint can be a concern but if its not cracking or peeling it is not? What about any dust that might be in the carpet could that be from lead paint? The carpet is fairly new. What other concerns might arise with moving into an old farmhouse (with well and propane/woodstove)? I grew up with a well but not propane or a wood stove DH grew up with all of it.  We are country dwelling obviously!
