Movement question

I feel like I'm the only person who has NOT felt discernible movement from LO. I've had some "is THAT baby" moments recently (this very internal "thumping" feeling - twice Thursday evening, once yesterdau morning and evening). I'll be 20 weeks on Monday and while my doctor has said that FTM's can't expect anything steady until 25ish weeks, I get a little too worked up over this.

So I'm looking for some reassurance... If it matters any, LO at our last u/s is transverse and lying side ways across me (facing my spine).
