xp from nov. 11- reflux?

I generally think reflux hasbecome the catch all diagnosis because it seems like all babies have it now a days. What are the symptoms? My DD spits up constantly. It can be an hour and a half after she ate and she will randomly spit up so bad it comes out of her nose. It's scary because she chokes on it for a second. She grunts a lot. She's not a crier though so I can't tell if they are regular baby noises or discomfort. Does this sound like reflux? Any suggestions?
