racing pulse while laying in bed....?

I usually have a really low heartrate- like 50-65 (max). last night, I laid down to go to bed (lol, at 745) and felt like I couldnt catch a breath. I took my pulse and it was 80. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it normal? It was like that for about 15/20 min. When I woke up later (about midnight) it was back to normal.

I realize that your heartrate goes up as pregnancy goes on, but that felt really high for me...
