Lets talk about formula

I don't know much about using formula. Can you guys help me out?

Do you use tap water or a special kid of water?

Do you heat it up or if you use tap water do you just make it with warm water or serve it room temp?

What is your strategy when you go places? Ex.. Do you have the powder already measured out in bottles and then add water or do you bring the whole can with and measure then?

TIA. Plus any other helpful tips would be great. I'm not even sure what other questions to ask?!
