shots and symptoms

My question of the day is how long does the fussiness and feeling feverish last after 2 mo shots? i hate to keep giving him the tyenol but he seems so uncomfortable. He eats but very little  and the bottle just drools out of his mouth it has been 24hrs since he had his shots
