2 week old LO vomiting after formula feeding

My 2 week old LO just projectile vomited an entire formula feeding. She was due for feeding and was hungry. She had been burped. We have been using the same formula for a week. She has been spitting up frequently today but not to this extent. It was weird because she vomited and immediately fell asleep. She seems content. Should I be concerned? Temp is fine.
