Ive  noticed my LO will kinda gag or cough when he sleeping. Sometimes I have to pick him up and burp him and then he is fine. I think he is gagging on his saliva. He does have reflux but we normally wait a bit before putting him back down in the RnP and I fell a little better knowing the RnP is elevated. Im worried though because soon we are planning to start transitioning him to his crib I have been right there every time now and I m concerned if Im not right there to help he will choke.

Anyone else's LO do this or have any suggestions?
