Need help with PP period, may be TMI

Background: I stopped all bleeding at 2 1/2 weeks pp. at 8 weeks I had very light bleeding for a couple of days, only when I wiped. Now at 10 I have started what I think would be my first real period. 

 So far it's been two days and it is still extremely heavy. No clots of anything unusual, just a lot of blood. It's much heavier than my periods before pregnancy. Is this a reason to be concerned or is this normal?

Not sure of I need to call the doctor.
