My newborn is 19days today and obviously not sleeping through the night. We can sometimes get almost four straight hours of sleep, but mostly its about two-three on average. Im wondering when we should start to schedule his sleeping? Its almost impossible now, but should we have a set bedtime already? Or a pre-bedtime routine?
If anyone knows when this process should start, or any tips on what makes it easier these two exhausted parents would love to hear them!
