Moving out of State?

Have any of you moved out of state with LO? Can you tell me how that process went?

My EX and I have not been to court for anything yet. Nothing has been filed.

Do you think the courts would allow me to move with LO if I got custody?

My entire family lives 1000 miles and I dont want to do this alone. This would all be so much easier if I just had my family around me. I am a full-time working, single mom with a drug addicted ex fiance. I feel like the weight of the world is on my shoulders right now.
