Fisher Price Rock N Play Moms - Question

I went out and purchased one this past weekend since our LO has horrible reflux and I am hoping that this will help him sleep better at night.  So, this brings me to my question, when you sleep your LO in the RnP do you swaddle them?

I noticed last night that we will startle and his arms would fly up and he would wake himself.  When I swaddle him he isn't able to do this....so should I still swaddle him when he sleeps in the RnP?
