Boob Question

So I keep getting these weird spots on both of my boobs in the same place the last few days. They kind of remind me of marks I use to get with a bra I used to have that had an underwire that would poke into my boobs, which is why I stopped wearing it. The marks are harder, kinda painful spots on the sides of my boobs. The bra I have now has no wires or I wear a sports bra, so I don't see how it would be my bra rubbing. I was reading that it could be a clogged milk duct but I keep thinking that I don't think a clogged duct would be in the same place on both boobs. I was going to ask my Dr at my next appointment but that isn't until the new year. Any thoughts?
