It freaks me out. I am so afraid of it. But now, It is starting to stink. Yes, we clean it w/an Alcohol swab everytime we change LO. I am so afraid it is going to come off when it's my turn to change her. I'm worried it is going to come off too early (does that make sense?). Its all scabby looking...

How do you know when it is about to come off??
