December 2011 in 2nd Trimester

Hi I just went to my doctor and I am right at the end of my 25th week. My doctor told me that my baby is 80 percentile. I dont really understand what that means. Like am I going to have a huge baby? Could someone please help me understand this? Thank you! And congradulation to all of you on your babies!!
