Grocery shopping with LO

How do you guys go about this? Sling/carrier? Car seat in lower part of cart? Groceries in bottom of stroller?

I did the last one last time, and I couldn't fit much. Thinking about using my Ergo carrier next time. Either way, it's kind of a hassle- but my H suuuucks at grocery shopping.
