Xp. Pampers. Is this a good deal.

Babies r us is having a sale. Buy 2 value packs (88+) and a pkg of wipes (380+) and you get 35 dollars in gift cards. Wish we had this when we were shopping for Xmas but I could always get more diapers. So here it goes. Baby dry size 1 pkg of 252 for $40. Looks like the wipes will be between 12 -15 dollars. If I use the gift card for more diapers I can get almost another pack for free. Is this a good deal?? I usually buy up and up brand once in size 1. My son has used them for 2 years and have had no issues.
