Worried about Airport Body scanners...

We are on vaca this week, and when we went through security at the airport, they asked me to go through a different scanner. I really did not think anything of it at the time, just thought they were having me go in another line from dh. But they asked me to stand in front of this scanner ....I asked the guard if it was safe while pregnant and he said "they say it is"....but after thinking about it, I am really nervous and really angry with myself for not being more proactive and asking for a pat down...there is not that much info online about it. I know I can't do anything about it now, but I am praying that I did not expose my baby to any harmful radiation.....
