Sushi is one of my FAVORITE things to eat ! So when I got preggo and realized that much of what I love I cant have I was super bummed .. and then yesterday I taught myself how to make it at home with things on the approved list It was AMAZING and CHEAP!
Just wanted to share if anyone was interested!
1 Bag of Japense sticky rice
1 Nori Strips/sheets
Avocado
imitation cooked crab meat
Cucumber
Smoked cooked Salmon
Cream cheese
Soy Sauce
Ponzu Sauce
1. roll chosen ingredients in nori strips .. dip in soy sauce.. eat. AMAZING!
