2nd Trimester

35 weeks and diabetic..what kind of exercise?


I am not overweight and never have been but now have gestational diabetes. I was going to to gym until 28 weeks but then stopped because anemia was exhausting me. 
 
My specialist said to exercise 30 min a day. Doing what?? I still work 3-4 days a week so spend that time walking around and standing. Does that count?
 
What can I do at this  many weeks? Should I go back to gym?
