Infant Constipation? FTM

I am concerned my LO might be constipated. She is almost 7weeks old and she gets pumped breastmilk and formula. 

Her poops have gone from a good amount of very yellow seedy/chunky to almost just a smear of green mucus. Also she grunts a lot without good amounts of poop passing. 

Should I be expecting this or is there something I can do to help her pass? Its been like this for 4ish days.
