NT Scan and bloodwork results

Hi. I had my NT scan done at 12 weeks 4 days. The baby was measuring ahead as 13 weeks 6 days and I think the doctor said the measurement was 2.3 and combined with my age (30) everything looked good but we'd wait for bloodwork to have complete results. She said results take about a week. I'll be 15 weeks tomorrow and have still heard nothing. My next appointment isn't until Dec. 29th, when I'll be 17 weeks. I'm not sure if I should be thinking that them not calling me means there's nothing wrong. I figure if something concerning came back they wouldn't wait 4 weeks to let me know at my next appt. Anyone else not hear back?
